Many local older people have a hard choice to make this winter...food or fuel. Our Spread the Warmth campaign is designed to support older people during winter. Your support by either donating or volunteering can be the difference needed meaning older people are able to thrive rather than to survive during this worrying time of year.
Your donations mean that we can provide befriending calls and visits, gifting a hot meal voucher*,food parcels, home energy efficiency tips and advice along with help to claim many benefits that local people are unaware that they are entitled to.
£5.00 helps to provide a befriending call, reducing loneliness.
£10.00 helps to provide a hot meal voucher* offering a friendly, warm and safe place to eat a nutritious meal.
£20.00 helps towards a trained adviser supporting vulnerable people via our Information and Advice helpline.
£25.00 helps towards an emergency food parcel.
